The Facilities

Aroma Villa Studios enjoys a prime location, just a 2-minute walk from the ferry port and 7 minutes from the center of Limenas, situated in a quiet neighborhood among other tourist accommodations.

Directly opposite, there is a supermarket, and a bakery is within very close walking distance. The restaurants of the new harbor are only a 2-minute walk away, offering plenty of dining and entertainment options.

The property consists of two charming buildings with studios and apartments. It features a large swimming pool with a spacious surrounding area, equipped with comfortable sun loungers, umbrellas, and seating. The pool bar serves coffee, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages, making it the perfect spot to relax. At the back, a lush garden with two playground swings provides fun and carefree moments for young guests.

For guest convenience, there is a shared parking area right in front of the property, as well as a private open parking lot just one block away.

The Rooms

Aroma Villa Studios offers a range of studios and apartments, all decorated in soothing shades of beige and brown with stone accents that harmonize beautifully with the surrounding greenery.

Guests can choose from double studios, triple studios, small one-bedroom family apartments, or large superior two-bedroom family apartments, all equipped with a kitchenette and a private balcony or veranda.

All rooms, both studios and apartments, feature a kitchenette suitable for preparing snacks and light meals.

The property consists of two fully renovated buildings: one located directly above the pool and the side building.

Double and triple studios are typically situated on the first or second floor, offering views of the pool or garden with a private balcony. All apartments (standard and superior) are located on the ground floor, with garden views and a private open veranda.

Providing more privacy than the triple studio, the two areas are separated by a glass door.

The Superior Two-Bedroom Family Apartment

Superior Two-Bedroom Family Apartment: The most spacious option at Aroma Villa Studios, featuring two bedrooms and one bathroom.

It includes a main bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined, making it an ideal choice for families with one or two children.

For added privacy, the two bedrooms can be separated by a glass door.

All Superior Apartments are located on the ground floor in a quiet garden area at the back of the villa. Each apartment has its own private entrance and veranda, providing the perfect space to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
